These following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as “you”) with SP TECH AB (referred to as “SP TECH”, or “we”), on our desktop and mobile website at By placing an order or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We retain the discretion to discontinue with any product at any moment. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. (ii) Interfering in a manner that restricts, impairs, inhibits or interferes with the use and enjoyment of the SP TECH site by other users, compromises the site’s security, or disrupts its functionality.
(iii) Utilizing any device, software, tool, agent, scripts, or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate, search, or copy content from the site. 

We retain the right to immediately revoke access to the site and terminate the account of any user who violates this provision, or any other provision outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Prices and delivery charges
Occasionally, prices may be adjusted in response to currency exchange rate fluctuations, discounts, and other business considerations. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all details, descriptions and prices displayed on the website, occasional errors may occur. If we identify an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the choice to either confirm you order at the corrected price or cancel it. 

We currently ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all our locations. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. IF we are unable to deliver your order in full and must make more than one delivery, our Customer Support will contact you regarding your purchase. 

Ordering / Conclusion of contract
Ordering options are exclusively accessible through our website. Upon placing your order and providing your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will promptly inform you. In cases where payment has already been received for the order, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method. If circumstances require alternative refund arrangements, we will promptly communicate these changes to you via email for resolution. 

SP TECH exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option. SP TECH endeavours to dispatch the orders in the fastest possible time and in the order which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our customers. 

While placing an order at, you will be informed of the expected delivery timelines. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information that will show estimated delivery dates. If your order does not arrive by the expected date, please contact our Customer Support. 

Withdrawal of order
Once an order has been successfully placed, SP TECH cannot issue changes or cancellations on this order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with the section “Returns” for a full refund. 

You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you received your order until 14 days post receival date. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund on your purchase once the package is received at our warehouse. 

If you wish to return your order, please contact us at to get your return form for your parcel and return the item(s) to us at set out. Drop off your items to be returned at the DHL/UPS (depending on which return label you have received) access point of your choice*.

*Please note that SP TECH cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our return label. If you have sent your order for return with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order. Please also note that SP TECH will not be responsible for any shipping cost, nor will be responsible for any lost packages when the order has not been sent with the above-mentioned return label. 

SP TECH guarantees a refund for any required items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, souled, washed, altered, or worn (you may try the item on indoors) and that any labels or tags should be intact. We do reserve the right to charge a return fee when refunding the order, this fee intends to cover the freight cost of the return. 

We will provide a refund attempting to use the same methods used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest withing 14 days of receiving your returned goods to our warehouse. If the item you have received is defective, please notify SP TECH promptly and return the item in the same way as stated above. SP TECH will, for any product deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return. 

The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights in the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omission that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), SP TECH reserves the right to cancel any order prior the time is delivered to you. 

We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time, including our secure 3D secure payment process powered by Adyen. The applicable amount will immediately be charged on your credit/debit payment card. By using our payment services, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card user. If the user of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SP TECH, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 

You are obligated to submit a correct email address and to inform SP TECH if your email address changes. Please note that SP TECH reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address. You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email. 

Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit SP TECH’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms & Conditions, we shall only be liable for losses which are reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. SP TECH is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for examples loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. 

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage connected to your order at is restricted to the total price of your order. 

We exert every reasonable effort to provide accurate representations of our product attributes, including composition and colours. However, please be aware that the colour you perceive may be influenced by your computer system, and we cannot ensure that your computer will faithfully display these colours. 

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, SP TECH abides by all statutory guaranteed regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the return form. 

SP TECH reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivered goods.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply. 

Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at remain with SP TECH AB and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SP TECH.
